You may also electronically fill out and send the Withdrawal Form or any other explicit statement on our web site web www.mirabilia.gallery.
Should you decide for this option, we will promptly send you by e-mail confirmation of the receipt of the withdrawal to the address you indicated.

In order to comply with the withdrawal terms, you need only send the communication relating to the exercising of the right to withdrawal prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of the withdrawal

Should you withdraw from the contract, you will be refunded any payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs deriving from your choice of delivery which may differ from the less costly type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refund will be effectuated utilizing the same payment method as that utilized by you for the initial transaction, save that you specify otherwise; in any case, you will not bear any cost as a result of said refund.

Please be advised that the refund may be suspended until such time as we receive the Products or until such time that you can give us proof of having sent back the Products, if prior thereto.

The term is considered complied with if you send back the Products prior to the expiration of the 14-day period.

Costs

Any costs relating to the return of the Products will be borne by you.

Should by their very nature the Products not be able to be returned through the mail, the direct cost of returning the Products will be borne by you. The estimated cost should not exceed approximately EUR XXXX.

You will be held responsible only for any diminution of the value of the Products that may result from said products having been manipulated in excess of that required to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of said Products.

The Seller reserves the right to reject any Products sent late and any Products that are not in the same condition as when you received them.
